Since all coaching services offered by Dr Mo Coaching are digital, highly personalised, and require significant time and effort to develop, refunds are not provided once the coaching plan development has started.
By completing your purchase and submitting your onboarding form, you acknowledge that the creation of your custom workout plan, nutrition plan, and supporting materials begins immediately — and that this policy applies from that point forward.
Unlike physical products, personalised coaching plans cannot be “returned.” Each plan is built exclusively for you based on your body, goals, history, and preferences. The time invested in your programme begins upon payment, and this work cannot be recovered or resold.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a documented medical emergency that prevents participation — disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dr Mo Coaching. No guarantee of a refund is made in such cases.
Coaching plan subscriptions are non-transferable to other individuals.
